Why did it take so long to bring it here to the US? Fear of it not doing well?

Well, I guess they gotta start somewhere. I would've preferred a remake of the original (Sakura Taisen: Atsuki Chishio Ni) but eh...

Maybe they only approved ST5 because it takes place in America.

Only question is which version I want.
Leaning towards Wii, because I own too many PS2 games as it is.

One disc will be the English dubbed version, while the other will have the orginal Japanese audio. http://www.nisamerica.com/images/ema...l_20090708.jpg
Hopefully this will please both extremes of the dub/sub debate.

Total Tokens: 3,514,819.82 Donate Tokens | Quick question: If I were to play a few hours on, say, the English audio disc, then decided to play on the Japanese audio disc, will I start from where I left off or will I have to make a separate save file for that disc?
Also, was there no room on 1 disc to have BOTH English & Japanese? It just kind of reminds me of when you had to choose between subs & dubs for old anime on VHS instead of having both on a DVD.

From what I heard, the original Japanese PS2 version of the game was already close to filling a DVD because of the shear amount of audio and since NISA wanted to do a complete 1 to 1 dub for this high-profile title, there was no way they were gonna fit both audio tracks onto a DVD9 or a dual-layer RVT-R. I think they came to a very good compromise.
The only thing I'm worried about is Idea Factory handling the coding side of things instead of RED...

In fact, I'm quite excited to find out who exactly will be in the cast. If they cast Laura Bailey as Gemini, I can die a happy man!
