Was it reprinted? I really dont want the value of this going down. Its one of those games I bought more than one copy of.

Also, I read on some random forum that Digital Devil Saga is getting reprinted.

Also I haven't heard of that, it wasn't even on purpose that it was sold, basically a guy called our store and a co-worker checked the computer for it and saw that we had it so he told the guy we did. The guy came in and unfortunately I was there so when he said he called in for it, I was very pissed. But I reached into our cabinet, took the sticker that said "Paul's Hold" and threw it away, and sold him the game. I really really wanted to say "Oh that must have been a mistake because we don't have it," or "We had JUST sold it, I'm sorry." Damnit I wanted that.

What is the price of this nowadays? It was fairly expensive when I checked.

But yes, it was reprinted along with DDS. I already had Nocturne, but I took the opportunity to pick up DDS as well. Maybe now I should actually start Nocturne...

Thats very similar to the situation with me and electro plankton. Another store said that the store close to me had it, and when I called, was told it was on hold for a manager. I called another store to see if this was even within gamestops policy, and the manager there told me that Its not really mentioned. Most managers say one week tops. He connected me to another manager of a store right next door to the store who had the game, and he said that gamestop was having a bunch of issues with stuff like that, and that they are going through a huge customer service thing right now. He also said he didnt think employees should hold games, that he wont let them in his store, and that he would make sure I got the game. Quote: |

If I am legally obtaining the copies of my games, there is nothing wrong with it. Thats how any store works. Gamestop, Game Crazy, Pawn shops, Game Time, and any other store that buys used games buys them cheap and sells them at a higher price. I guess your calling everyone that owns a resale store a jerk. I usually get one to play and one to keep sealed, but sometimes I go for more. I have numberous copies of FFVII and VIII, Suikoden, koudelka, Ar tonelco, and about 20 Parasite Eves to list a few. I also plan on opening a game store sometime in the near future.
Nocturne doesent have the cd, so Im guessing DDS doesent have its box and CD?

Total Tokens: 1,520.72 Donate Tokens | I recently just got into the whole MegaTen series. The first MegaTen I've played was Persona 3 and now I just got FES a few weeks ago. I bought DDS at a Game Stop "used" for $40, even though the game looked completely new. They also had Nocturne for $45 "used". I'm just glad I don't have to pay through the nose for these 'rare' games. I hear ATLUS has a bad habit of printing very low quantities of their games. >.>
If anything, I'm going to buy the reprint on Amazon instead because they offer free shipping for any purchase over $25.
Haha, I am also curious about the Ar Tonelico.

Theres a game store in a little no where town in Missouri that gets these games and doesent always sell them. They had a sealed electroplankton till last christmas, and they still have new copies of Re2 and 3 for the GC. Last time I checked they still had Ar tonelico. that was like 2 months ago.

The second one is still fairly easy to find online.
