Wtf seriously this game is awesome. I didn't like other Civilizations, but this one is awesome to me. I love it. I could have won pretty early on in the game but since I didn't want to end it I just kept going. Eventually I got to Alpha Centauri in 2032 after I gave up on getting the 200 production achievement. I got up to 182 but it wouldn't get higher.

I'm buying this game tomorrow when I get paid.

ThePJA brought the demo over to my place and we played it for well over 3 hours. It was just that damn good.

Yes, it's very good. Trying playing this shit on Deity though. It's flippin impossible. Either that or I'm no good at strategy games.

all of you ignore this game and go get Civ 4 and its expansion packs. Ive played both. Civ 4 is much better.

The only thing I don't like about this game is the fact that it eventually ends the game automatically for you. I think at 2100 AD it ends, not 100% sure though. I haven't checked to see if you can turn it off in options yet but I doubt you can.

I'll probably pick Civ 4 up this weekend and give it a shot.

Civ 4 is boring as hell.

It's almost as bad as Civ 3.
