My guess is 20 hours later being after MGS4 has been beaten. If anything though, MGS4 will breathe new life into the PS3. I mean there are some nice games coming out, but there isn't really enough to make someone absolutely want the console for a couple games, especially if it's not really cheap.

Price isn't a factor to all those who are waiting for the good games to come out. I'm definitely waiting for the biggest hits. (FFXIII, RE5)

MGS4 is pretty much the only reason why I'm going to get a PS3. MGS2 was the reason I bought a PS2 -and- Zone of the Enders.

I will agree MGS4 did look VERY nice in the game demonstration video.

As for GTA4, I don't really mind about the Downloadble Episodic content, as long as the game plays the same.

I'm also looking forward to Lair.

Heavenly Sword Demo dropped on the PSN. People are flipping out on how amazing it is, and god damnit they're right. The game is insane. I'll be picking up Lair of course as well as Uncharted.

The heavenly sword demo was tits, but I was totally disappointed that it took me about 5 minutes to finish it. Literally. Talk about blue balls.

Lair looks pretty amazing, I want to see it in action before I take the plunge though, I must say. The whole world seems like something I'd be into with the dragons and whatnot, but gameplay is most important.

MGS4 is a given for anyone who owns a PS3. You simply can't miss it. The fact that Snake can punch them in the balls and then take a look at some titty books to regain energy is perhaps one of the reasons I love MG so much.
