If you already on Steam, you get an ad that says you can play them for FREE, but with that 90 dollar pricetag, there must be a catch, right? They've been trying to "fix" it lately. Friends beta worked better than anything. They announced friends over their Steam Updates and it's crappier than ever.

Wow, you just caught all the wrong bits of this. Madroll just said he had downloaded some POPCAP games from Xbox Live, if I have this right, countering the "old people only" stereotype (another fun fact: he's not the only one, I play PopCap's stuff too on my PC.)

WildTangent is quite possibly the EA of cheap time-wasters, though, in terms of pure evil in corporate form, however. This can be agreed upon.

Thanks for assuming I can't read. I read very clearly that he downloaded an Xbox Live Arcade, and specified that the games that they release over AIM have been know to have spyware in the past.

That had little to do with Xbox Live, though. And thus the confusion set in.
