Why vote for Fei Long? He wouldn't be much different. We haven't seen Dan, R. Mika or Sakura since Alpha so they'd both be older and probably need new movesets for the most part and Dudley and Necro would both be younger and would probably be different there.
I'd say Dan or Sakura.
