Nearing the end of part 2 I think with 38 hours. This game is awesome.

Captain Karol! That kid is useful beyond belief. Healing, curing, and decent in combo. Half of the time i'm confident with just having him in a boss fight rather then taking Estelle with me.

Yeah, I'm at about 50 hours in Ch.3 side questing around.

How do you get the Schwann outfit?

Man, give Raven Chivalry and then use him as the healer with Judith and Rita in the party. Raven's Love Shot eventually hits everyone, heals decently and is faster than any of Estelle's spells. And Chivalry with 2 women in the party means his stats will be much higher.

I play Raven about as much as I play Judith...which is a lot. Gotta love him. Oh did you get this skit. (May not be 'super' accurate)

Raven: And just what are you lookin at?
Karol: It's just, if Judith were a waitress at a tavern i'd go there everyday.
Raven: Ah Karol, takin in by the beauty of an older woman. 'course, i'd do the same thing!

Judith: Oh, thanks guys...but I wonder if I should show a little more...you know.
Raven: YES! OH GOD YES! (his square falls over...literally. Hilarious)
Karol: Judith, maybe you should stop. I can't stand to see Raven like this.


As for obtaining the Schwann outfit. First off...make sure your not done with Zaude...in fact, you might not even want to have visited it yet. (if you've done Zaude it's already to late for that play through)

-Right before Zaude go to the Union HQ and an Event should trigger where Raven is asked to go find Kaufman.

-Go to Port Torim (which is where the Fortune's Market HQ is and where you'll find Kaufman.) This should cause another scene to happen.

-You HAVE to have these two things happen before you finish Zaude, otherwise, the previous events won't happen, at all.

-After Zaude, go to the capital (first city in the game), Zaphias. LeBlanc should be sitting on a bench or something in the middle of the town. He should hand over the outfit.

Now I can't confirm or deny this exactly...so yea. I've heard a lot of people have gotten it following these steps, so...yea. You could ask around gamefaqs. Next best thing to a guide, you know...since at this point there are none (so missable stuff galore) and the official guide is pretty bad.

Thanks for the explanation. It's too bad I'm already done with Zaude lol. It's gonna have to wait until next play through.

I do agree with you guys, I think I've basically given up on Estellise. When she should be healing, she's rushing in to attack....when she should be attacking she's healing random people with 2 damage done to them lol.

From what I'm seeing so far, this does look like a really neat game.

Granted, having seen and witnessed Tales of Eternia, Tales of Phantasia and Tales of Symphonia (both the anime and the games), I must say that it looks like the level of quality has been sustained and even improved over the previous iterations.

Even if I'm not much into RPG games.

I guess it looks like Bandai Namco has done a swell job again
