Its just a picture, the knowledge of anywhere selling refurbed 360's is common. This is more of a slander on Target as I can see.

but imagine someone who already lost one trying to buy it on target, and sees that ring again >.>
hopefully they dont actually sell dead ones or i think they would be sued to hell by now
