Hey Guys!!!
[I got my account back from friend]

So which of you people are going to get Tekken 6? for which system?

I'm going to get it not only because I am expecting a hell of a lot more changes and beefed up features from older Tekken games. I think that the customization could be a part of it's selling point as well as the return of Tekken 3 &4 style Tekken Force where you pick your own fighter to go through the game with rather than "Deavil WIthing" where you only use Jin!

Interesting.

Though if I may ask, can we also discuss the Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion arcade version here as well? If yes, then that would be neat IMHO and for Tekken 6 BR arcade players out here.

That and Alyssa is a cool character to use. Gimmicky but cool nonetheless. Haven't tried Lars Alexandersson though for myself........

P.S.
Anyways, it looks like our arcade is sponsoring another international tournament wherein the finalists would compete in New Zealand. I wish we had that for Maximum Tune 3 DX too (just wishful thinking though).

Yeah...it's a general Tekken thread!!!

I got back into Tekken ironically three months before I knew Tekken 6 was out. I found out about it in PlayStation Home in the Bandai Namco Theater. I like the new graphics, but one character concerns me---Bob!

What is the deal with that guy? If he is good at all then I might have him the list of characters I frequently use!

As for the Story, I never played Tekken 5's story mode thoroughly so I definitely gotta pick myself up a copy of that game before 6 comes out. I usually get all characters done within a week or two. I tried reading the story for each character in the internet, but I'd rather play it through.

As for the thread, I made a poll about which is your favorite Tekken game! post about 'why' if you want.

I chose Tekken 5: Dark Ressurection ONLINE because it's [obviously] the first Tekken to have online(Not including local ad-hoc on PSP). I also liked the idea of Customization although not all the effort was worth it. I hope Tekken 6 is just like this game[obviously with the upgrades to High Fidelity graphics and all that matters].

so what do you guys expect from Tekken 6?

I know I am definitely going to enjoy Tekken Force because I use to play it a lot on Tekken 3!!!

I can't beleive Namco Bandai is literally going to have a full roster...mainly because most fighting games either change or update their roster with each game!

Tekken Tag is greatest Tekken! best roster ever!

I havent played Tekken6 in arcades but I hope to learn Kazuya and Asuka first (they are the only characters I got good with on 5)

Armor King in Tekken5 has alot of nice moves and launchers. Much more useful than in Tag.

After Tekken 4, the series scared me

I still like using Xiao, though. And Tekken 5's Devil Jin is so filled with ANGST.

All games in the series are neat. Though personally, I just voted for Tekken 6 BR.

Tekken Advance had one thing going for it. You could mash two buttons to do 10-hits and King's multi-grabs were cake on it.

I just loved the gameplay of Advance
