That's every character though. He does have a lot of scrub busting moves, but he has a lot of legitimately good moves too. I play against upper-mid to top-tier characters all the time, and I beat them. He has slow recovery on SOME moves, but, once again, so does every character. A top-tier character does not guarantee a win.

I just have not seen a very good dragunov. solid yes, but not very good. his legit good moves are very good and what like a third of those give him a huge advantage. but once again, he can be picked apart, it's not so much the tiers, but the player. good players with low tiers can beat bad players with the best character in the game. It's just he doesn't jump out with huge advantages, unless he catches some of his stuns on hit.
still, i haven't seen a very good dragunov anywhere.

still, i haven't seen a very good dragunov anywhere. | Holeman from Korea plays Drag, and he is DAMN good with him. Went really far in SBO, and I think placed pretty good too. There was a video of him tearing NIN's Steve up, and NIN is fucking godly.
