Capcom recently posted on their website yesterday about some stuff being auctioned (like that Mega Man 9 box) & one being a secret. It didn't mention anything about what the secret could be, but had a pic which had the URL tu4ar.com, which is a countdown clock till Monday at 9 PM (EST). People are believing that it could be related to Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 for 2 reasons:

1.) That giant 2 in the background

2.) tu4ar = Take You FOR A Ride, that annoying phrase spoken during the character select.

Anyone else hoping it's MvC2?

You need to be a member, but they explain how to bid on stuff here. I imagine it'll take awhile before you can get the good stuff. I might as well sign up so I can start saving up.

I honestly kinda hope they update the roster (I know it won't happen, but still). There's many different Capcom characters they can add. Heck, I bet they could replace the Marvel roster (yes, then it wouldn't be MvC2, but hey, they could make it work) w/ either past Capcom characters or new ones to make up for not having the Marvel license.

Possibly. It's at 1,300 points, & considering you get 10 points per posts, you'll most likely not be able to bid on it in time. I'm only at 267 points (& 21 posts) at the moment (I spent 40 points on 2 raffles each for the Mega Man X pen & signed SFIV guide) & I'm not even sure I'll make it on time (BTW, same username over there as it is here).

4/25 edit: 2 more days. Ugh, the bidding is at 1,450 for that secret thing & I'm only at 625 points, not to mention mostly everyone will bid on it at the last minute (which is Tuesday, the day after the countdown clock ends...). I don't think I'll earn enough points in time.....

Ya know, considering the Wii JUST got Arcade games a few weeks ago, if MvC2 coming back is true & Capcom uses the AC version, maybe it'll be for sale on the Wii???

- All 56 characters will be available from the start, so no unlocking

- Dreamcast version

- HD graphics w/ 2 upscaling options, "crisp" & "smooth", or "classic" for the original graphics. Also widescreen

- Online

- Customize soundtrack (hoping for remixes)

- $15 & A DEMO WILL BE UP ON PSN THIS THURSDAY.

Well, the HD graphics thing (they look quite different in the trailer) and customize tracks made me become interested.

Finally, I'll be able to play that game without listening to its craptacular soundtrack.
