*Warning* Bubble Bobble Revolution

As fun as this game got later on, it was halted because of a severe bug in the game.

But first,

As stupid as the box art is its a fun game and I solely got it for the Original version as I loved it. BUT.....

At level 30 the game bugs out and there are even a few bugs before that.

Enemies die on their own or dissapear. But once you get to level 30 you CANNOT continue due to there being no boss to fight.

Things you can do that I did:

1. I bought my copy from gamecrazy, called them about the problem, they would have given me a refund had I not paid with a giftcard I had recieved. So they gave me to it as store credit.

I had to turn in a copy of the website mentioned above though.

If you bought this from a walmart or so I really wouldn't know what you would do as they do not take returns on ANY open game.

I recall hearing that the company responsible for the title was going to ship out fixed carts to anyone who contacted them. Only issue was that there's be a 8-10 week delay on that. Let me see if I can find more information regarding that.

Yeah, my heart sank when I heard that news. I don't understand it at all. The game was supposed to come out in the early summer, then got pushed back to August, and then finally comes out in September with a severe bug in it. Absolutely ridiculous but so long as the original is in all its glory, that is a small compensation. It is the full game with Super Bubble Bobble opened up when you "write down 8 big words" and stuff, right?

Also, sort of off track here but did anyone pick up the Rainbow Islands Revolution? That game was horrifyingly difficult (which I guess makes sense since it is the sequel to Bubble Bobble which was damn near impossible) but I would love to play it on the go.
