The only ones I have are MvC2 & the Super Smash Bros. series. I should note I don't have a Xbox 360, so no Dead Or Alive, sadly...Anything for the PS2 or Wii/Virtual Console?

I also like Street Fighter EX3.
All are for PS2

Since I've hardly got money, I think I might focus on Arcana Heart (only $30) & Guilty Gear XX Λ Core (since it's the newest & easiest to find). Since I've hardly got money, they're gonna have to be rentals...

Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution.

For 2D, try the Street Fighter Anniversary Collection. Two of the best 2D fighters made in one game. For faster paced action you'd want to go Guilty Gear XX Accent Core. For somewhere in between, Arcana Heart / King of Fighters XI.
For 3D, there's either the Tekken / Soul Caliber camp, or the Virtua Fighter camp. Tekken / SC are both a lot easier to pick up than Virtua Fighter, but getting good at Virtua Fighter will have a lot of skills that translates well to other games.
Other oddball games I can throw out there for fighting include Rumble Roses, King of Fighters Maximum Impact, or any of the gazillion Naruto fighting games on the Gamecube.

I'd also like to add Capcom VS SNK 2 and Street Fighter Alpha Anthology. I would also recommend Melty Blood if your into PC gaming.

I really never got into Soul Calibur 2. I also wanna mention I don't have a X360 or PSP. I kinda wanna stay w/ PS2 or Wii/GCN. Here's what I'm planning so far:
DoA2: Hardcore (my library has game nights & I had fun playing matches & tag team battles on DOA3. & looking at the pretty....GRAPHICS.)
Guilty Gear XX Λ Core
Arcana Heart (only $30 to buy, so maybe once I have enough money...)
Street Fighter Anniversary Collection
I'm not really planning on buying any of them (...yet...) since I'm saving up for IIDX Gold in May.

Also there is Bloody Roar 3 and 4 for the PS2
and have you considered any of the DBZ games? Some of my friends like them and say their pretty good.

I don't play it because last time I did my brother got pissed I beat him every match despite his 24 hour training session, but it is alright. I can't think of other fighters because I really don't play them that often, if at all.

I'm betting your brother got too distracted by the "detailed" graphics in the game, which is why he loses.
What about Capcom Fighting Evolution?

Just say "animated representations of female anatomy," but I must warn you, either way people will make fun of you for obsessing over animated titties.
