Dedicated to the weekly release of those sometimes awesome 360 downloads. if you care to mention a previously released game you thoroughly enjoyed, by all means go ahead.

personally, i highly recommend Marble blast ultra and worms. both are intensely fun.

This weeks Releases: Wing Commander Arena, and Super Contra.

super contra doesn't feel like its aged well. i'm not too fond of wing commander arena either (resembles nothing of its namesake except the ships), but strangely enough its growing on me.

korea lag prevents alot of people enjoying any online games with me.

aegis wing is awesome not just because its free, that ship combining feature really sets this game apart. i gotta hand it to those interns they did a hell of a job. (too bad no royalties for them)

Yeah. One of my canadian Xbox Live players said this game was boring, but it was mainly because WE WERE ONLY PLAYING WITH TWO PLAYERS.

Now if that GEARS OF WAR tournament could just end, and I could spare me some money to get my GOLD subscription back, I MIGHT JUST PLAY WITH YOU GUYS (Crazy Eddie included).

This week there are two feature downloads.

Marathon: Durandal
Spyglass boardgames

both are not going to dissapoint. downloading both and will play them tomorrow after work. Marathon: Durandal is a classic 1990's era FPS from bungie that deserves at least a try from everyone.

Spyglass boardgames has chess. CHESS DAMNIT FINALLY

So far most of my XBox 360 games are arcade live. And GameStop lied to me and said that I needed a Gold Account to download stuff from XBox Live. Well now I'm on Silver and I still downloaded the WC: Arena demo. So now I'll just wait for Halo 3 and activate my 3 Month Gold Account as so as I get it.

Marathon is really great and the new HD 720p sprites look awesome. This has a lot of game types for an XBLA game and many people playing online with Co-op and Deathmatch.

Reenee if you get a 360, get this.

i highly concur. Marathon: Durandal feels WAY better than the doom game they released previously. this game deserves purchase and play. the only negative i have is i WISH they the foresight to develop a reload feature in the 90's. besides that. awesome game. (800 point download).

havent tried spyglass boardgames yet. will later.

marble madness is awesome.. i actually used to play the original version when i was younger. it can get frustrating though...

feeding frenzy, worms, and aegis wing are all good.

boom boom rocket is pretty sweet, but the songs got old.

and whats this about marathon? isnt that the game bungie made before halo?

oh... and i almost forgot jetpack refueled.

they have something for everyone, what can i say.

also, i bought and played spyglass boardgames to play online. awesome game. i would have bought it for the chess alone, but it has other games, so it makes the deal sweeter. i played it online, it has extensive use of the 360 camera with many visual filters. i had a good match too. lasted a while and was pretty even until i blindsided him with my knight and kept taking his special pieces. the bastard ended up leaving before my win. ACHIEVEMENT DENIED. (400 point download)

which goes to show an online game is only as good as its community.
