Okay, so the red spots are pretty bad right now. They're itchy and they're in a lot of places:

My elbows are red, like very red, all over, in a large radius.
My hands are splotchy
My palms are dotted and paler.
my arms are covered in it
my biceps are too.

This is bad.

Like I said, I remember these are signs of something (measels~Rubella area of the medical spectrum) . Of course, rash is always a sign to anything. Do you have any other symptoms?

Also, I'm looking something on Shingles, but I doubt it's that
FYI: Shingles (Or Herpes Zoster) is the reactivation of varcella zostor (chicken pox) from the dormant stages (The virus is wiped out from the system from a chicken pox stage, but the virus that is trapped in the ganglia around the spinal cord is kept in dormant by the immune system.)

Nahh, that doesn't sound like herpes. You can only get the STD version of herpes, type 2, by having direct genital contact with the "hurps" virus. I would have to see the rash to make this definite; however, it sounds like you've got a case of Scabies AKA body lice. I suggest you see a dermatologist ASAP because it's highly contagious.

could just be a type of hives, if u have a hard time breathing then go see a dermatolegist(fuck i cant spell) its probably a allergic reaction. other than that its cause by something physical like rubbing or water.

i get itchy and bumpy just from water it could be that also..

Okay today I'm going to the doctor, shit got worse

It's hardcore red on my hands, and they hurt. I was scratching them last night. A lot. I can barely bend my fingers to type without discomfort; also I think they're swollen.

My elbows' splotchiness is less angry red, but it's stretching out.

My bicep area is spreading even more, and is darker in color.

MY feet are itchy a lil, and on the bottom, too, but no rash there.

Strangely enough, the flesh on the insides of my legs are calming down and they look better.

I suggested it was herpes, because I woke up with tiny (read, miniscule) little dots on my lip, but they looked nothing like cold sores from herpes image search. They don't hurt, itch and aren't full of pus. They're fading now.

lol, std's doesn't spread that fast. It's probably an allergic reaction, and it could be to anything... new shampoo, or new soap, or something you ate. If anything get your self to a doctor just in case.

it's fuckin itchy now.
it's spreading, moving around and sorts. I don't think the thing on my lip was herpes; whatever it was it went away and cold sores take a while to go bye bye.

he prescribes antihystemines and the such, and he said it could take up to 5 days to dissapear.

my throat is slightly sore, no fever, just rash. like I said, it's moving around CONSTANTLY, not like every second but each time I reinspect it it's not the same.

Something similar happened to me when we got a new laundry detergent. I was allergic to it so any time my clothes touched me, I got all red and itchy. It went away when I stopped using the detergent.

Note: I didn't cover all of my body, it's difficult to photograph certain areas such as under my arms. I didn't photo my legs cuz it's on the decline, and my hands are more violent than the pics suggest.
