That is scientifically not possible. So lets say u shove a light bulb up ur cock and you sit in the electric chair. The potential difference between your foreskin, your urethra and the two contact points of the bulb is 0 because they are on the same current loop. If you took one isolated from your skin contact point of the bulb and shorted it to ground then it would light up.
