That's the happy sky theme i made, this is actually ver 2.0 since my computer crashed and the first one got erased. (The first had more original work on it, the second i felt lazy and frustrated and just took alot of pictures from some IIDX sims)
I also have a RED theme, but that's not as popular.

I like it. It looks very well-polished, especially the mode selection screen.

[Edit]Your RED theme has too much contrast on the mode selection screen. More orange would help balance it out.
