Well, if I recall correctly, the dialog with that chibi headshots involved Hihumi mysteriously contacting K-na about a book that Iroha had apparently taken from her without permission.

Using the information K-na gives her, Hihumi confronts Iroha at Roots 26 the next day about the missing book (apparently, it has a lot of occult stuff). Iroha freaks out and tries to escape, but is trapped by Hihumi and eventually confesses to taking the book. Hihumi then punishes her by turning her into a rabbit (at least, that's what I think, based on that last couple of lines).

So I guess this is the premise for the Umegiri Candy Rabbit figurine? I was trying to understand why they needed to give Iroha bunny ears =/

I would assume so. It also seems that the rabbit spell has some lingering effects, as there are some pics of Iroha with rabbit ears and a rabbit tail (with some of the other GOLI characters freaking out).

Just wish I could read Japanese better, I could give a translation of some of those pages.

Character Backstory

Duel is an English import. As a boy he was something of a troublemaker, and was always getting into fights. However, at one point he happened to see one of the movies from the long running series "Otoko wa Tsurai yo". Impressed by the protagonist, Tora, he decided to reform, and eventually ended up studying overseas ... in Japan. There, he discovered and immersed himself in IIDX.

Duel has a high regard for order and civilization, and always observes tea time. Eventually, he'd like to start a net business for his friends back in England, selling Japanese music and spreading Japanese culture throughout the world. His speech is a little weird, as it's influenced by the dialects of Japanese speakers all over the country.

Tran is kind of the IIDX mascot. Her first appearance was in the video for that original Beatmania transplant song, THE EARTH LIGHT (genre: TRANCE). Over time she has appeared more and more often in IIDX.

Not much is known about Tran. She's a mysterious, cute alien girl from outer space. Tran has overall an agreeable disposition, and likes listening to music. Tran appears to live by herself in an unknown location, but from what we've seen, she has a pretty bitchin' house with huge video walls, a garage full of hoverbikes, and a virtual reality "INDIGO VISION" machine that is capable of creating trippy trance-like tableaus.

Tran seems to have fairly interesting but unexplored powers. For example, in sometime, we see her jumping off a cliff to save a wild kitten, and landing smoothly at the end of it. An unknown military organization has attempted to clone Tran, with the intent of using the clones as biological weapons. It's doubted that any of the clones have actually reached full growth, and one is known to have escaped the development facility (vis. G2)
