nice stuff dude. I'm relly impressed. I do want to know what a good starter tablet would be in your opinion, seeing as even the smalles graphire3 is $99.99, and I won't have a job for at least another 2 years :P.

Tablet? I've been using my 4"x5" graphire3 for 3 years and it's served me well, though I do probably want to get a Intuos2 sometime next year. It might not be a bad idea to maybe go for a 6"x8", since it's so much easier to get used to.
I guess it's an openCanvas sort of thing? I don't know enough to futz around with PS brush and pen tools, so I ended up using openCanvas for my linework. I've never really taken the effort to learn how to color with Photoshop since oC is so much easier to use, though ultimately has less options.
