I've got a big question to ask

I am thinking about adding a replica of a T-rating screen (Lyrics, Mild Blood, Mild Suggestive Themes in content) in a Stepmania theme. Would adding the replica rating be copyright infringement or something like that?

Update: Never mind, I used TIGRS and put it in an SM theme. I got the help in the SM forums, so you may close this if you wish.
