He looks too similar to Henry from Pop'n Music 4...T__T

Another one, named Yukin.
My original sketch called to have him wear glasses, but who knows...I guess he's wearing contacts. Plus, maybe I have something with silver/white hair now. o.O

Beta design I'm making. Well, this isn't the original design I drew, but a tester to see what it might look like on a person. I really want to re-do this one in color. Here's the truth: I don't think I could design clothes for my life, but it was a good try and really fun. (I honestly love the hair piece better in this picture) It was pretty much done for my friend who wanted to see me make something. (she's the one who wants to get into fashion design) I actually hope she likes it.

There's an art show at my college this Thursday, I'll be in it, along with a few people we found to just start doodling on a canvas live outside as apart of the Spring festival. We'll be blasting music & there will be a pro photographer taking pictures of the art and ourselves throughout the day.
Flyer for the event I made up:
& of course, sherl0k thinks the awesome smiley is

I found this site/mag called Computer Arts and downloaded a random tutorial on photo manipulation to try out.
Here's the tutorial: Computer Arts - Photoshop expertise
and here's the image I made (actually my second attempt at it, because i messed up a lot the first try):

The first version took me 5 1/2 using a half-broken optical mouse and the second version took an additional 2 1/2 hours using a new laser mouse. The main differences between the two are the arrangements of the roster and quality of the boxes. Only two of the girls I met outside of work; the only character living outside Japan is myself. Version 1 Version 2
I'm open to further suggestions. Made entirely in Fireworks MX.

Ugh...commission for a friend's relative. It was my first time using some old art markers I never used x_x
Working with the details was really fun! I hate working with symmetry though...and there are loads of errors, inconsistencies, and proportion errors...But otherwise, I'm pretty happy with it for my first time! Although the scanner destroyed the colors...
Wondering if I should do more marker drawings though...they take quite a while!

I give you SEPHIROTH DEATH
A REALLY old picture I did (actually..about 2-3 years ago when I was learning the finer things in photoshop and CGing). I did some cheap copy and pasting for Part II (link in the devArt description), but I think it adds to the stupidity . I seriously had no idea people would like it, but it alone had more favorites + comments than both my devart pages combined on my old account.

and then I read the explanation below. I sure hope you learned to stop doing that by now
Also, random question- what do you use for your digital paintings anyway? Painter, photoshop?
