Make it smaller, cut frames, compress more. Make it work.
This, but I find that PS has a habit of compressing GIFs in a way that suggests that you can either have good quality/high file size or shit quality/slightly smaller file size.
But yeah, cut frames and make it smaller, will definitely be a start.
