 GIF kb lowering & movies into GIFs
I have some avatars I wanna use, but since the site's maximum is 48.8 kbs, I can't use them (they're like 50 or 55). I was wondering if there was anyway to lower them so I can use them.
Also, is there anything that'd let me make GIFs out of videos that I have (mostly .AVI & MP4 if it matters)?
