Here's a new song I forced out of my head onto my keyboard this morning and finished later on in the day.

Just to say I kinda wanted to get that 'takaatakakktakkaa' sound sota does in most of his trance based music. In my song, I didn't use those nice expensive synths like him...I pressed each note nicely carefully. (8-bit)

I like my chord progressions and I need to find more.

EDIT: I need to learn how to sing so i can get vocals...

COMMENTS would be greatly appreciated too

This thing ROCKS!
These faster, more spastic 8-bit compositions always get me, they're like a sugar rush!! Could use some more drumming, though the minimal approach to the whole thing actually gives it more charm. And I'm a drum freak anyways, so I'd say great job!

It's really great. I'd listen to this regularly actually. Though if you want vocals, I suggest just , y'know, singing. Except use a vocoder. They run $200-500.00, but there's probably a digital one that would be perfect for this song. I think it's fine voxless actually.

You should check out the album 'The Music Of Kraftwerk Played Through 8-Bit Machines' by Various Artists on iTunes. It's from 8-Bit Operators.
So search: 8-Bit Operators, the albums got TONS of talent as well as Nullsleep and 8-Bit Weapon. But it also has a TON of sound palettes for an 8-Bit album.

Ah thanks alot (since especially your one of the bitchest people on the forums) your time to listen to the song and comment on it truly means something.

I'm more common with the 8bitpeoples. But of course one can make chiptune like music without having those fancy equipment like those wealthy artists have. I just place my hope on the rest of my creativity to make what i do sound good at best.

My mom also said the same thing about the drumming this morning. It could of use something more but it would of lost the flavor.

XD I think my intentions are always a little misunderstood, personally. I don't really mean to flame people like it comes across sometimes.

I'll listen to someone else's song any time of the day. I love hearing indie music, it's always a treat, even though most of it isn't studio-perfect. Keep me posted on any other works you got.
