I can just feel the thug oozing out of you, seeing as how you chose to reinterpret You Are My Sunshine. Dawg.

Anywho, this piece does not follow several of even the most basic rules of theory. First off, your harmonizing melodies cause the piece to have parallel fifths. You use a proper plagal cadence at the first half, but progressively it falls apart at the last four bars of the main melody. Your bass line is also fairly hackneyed, I would suggest using something other than C G C G, maybe an E would do nicely when used properly.
