I may be tipping my hat by saying so, but I'm probably just going to use some of my material that's already finished. If it ain't broke, don't fix it, I say. And I'll more than likely be entering more than one song, too.

If you enter this contest Beatdrop, you'd probably win no problem. I can imagine playing your remix of Blocks in the next DDR. As for me, I probably wouldn't stand a chance at winning, especially if there's a fee to enter. If I'm going to enter something that requires a fee to enter, I want to make sure it's the absolute best song that I enter.

I doubt not.

But here are my opinions. Konami probably likes those gay pop songs like the remake of crazy in love. They like uniqueness *cough grandolin*. IMO, grandolin wasnt too good and i've heard zerofusers other tracks and they blow grandolin away. And JAPANESE-ESQUE music! Just my 20 cents. Oh yeah, and hardcore pounding techno euro dance trance 16th notes progression.
Hope i made sense

Yeah i'll probably enter...
JKlolz. If any of you have heard my music, you know alrady that it isn't anywhere NEAR DDR quality. You think they'll have a contest every year? hope so. THen i could get good, and actually make my $20 count!

And BTW, even tho this is kinda off topic, what the hell does JME mean? I'm seeing it everywhere, and i cant find anyone or anywhere that could give me an explanation as to the definition of this term?

If you could pull off anything similar to Bus Stop's style, you'd probably win. Get some ska samples, mix it with breakbeat, and record some weird lyrics that make little to no sense to go with it.

"The above list" are the heavyweights, the people that I consider extra-serious competition. Even though they are better than pretty much everyone else here (including me), I still wish them good luck. I also wish good luck to everyone else. I'm not sure what I'm entering yet. Sputnik remix, perhaps?

Not 12ths? (I guess that was a hint to my entry)

At any rate, I wish everyone good luck in this contest. $1k is nothing to shrug off. And last contest they had multiple winners. But I wonder how the people that won the first contest feel now that the prize money has been quadrupled.

I've got nothing either. Nothing is coming to me right now as I'm sill trying to figure out ACID Music Studio. What I want to know is how the heck do you create your own drum loops instead of using the sample loops? If I can figure that out, maybe I'll have a chance to enter this contest. If not, then this is one music contest that I won't be entering.
