Default [Hardstyle] War of the Worlds

first try at hardstyle and i think it came out pretty fucking good. made in about 20 minutes so its not too long. as with all my songs ill probably update it a few times but im going to leave it alone until i get a real feel for it. enjoy

War of the Worlds, created by -cllk- yowsa! and presented through ACIDplanet.com

It's definitely a good start, but there's a few things I'd like to mention: Cheering is always annoying. The kick sounds a bit too fluffy and there's really no percussive progression, but then again there never is in hardstyle. The synth and melody work are amazing. Overall, I could imagine this being an awesome full length song.

You know what, I'm actually a fan of cheering. (See paranormal (preliminary version) by Jeremy Lim: mixture Music from West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada | Project Opus and start something by Jeremy Lim: Driving Music from West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada | Project Opus) If it fits the mood, I say keep it.

I'm ... really not sure what melody I'm listening for. Maybe I'm listening to the wrong song, but it seems to be the same sliding synth all throughout and it doesn't do a whole lot for me..

The mid frequencies need to be cleared up when things get heavy.

Not trying to face off against jihnsius, but I think this might do better as a loop.

You've got some nice ambience going on here and a few really interesting ideas, but I'm not sure where the actual song goes. It kind of just goes in, and then the synths goes in, and then the ambience, the different drums, and then it ends.

Are you using FLStudio? Would you mind if I gave it a whirl?

oopsie, i mixed everything with me headphones on (zero bass) so it sounded extremely muddy. so i cleared that up.
yes i do use flstudio. however, this is a track that i would like to keep to myself (unlike all the others which i have no problem with remixing)
