Kernel ??? - futurescope Magnus

Was supposed to be in DTX as a "super-secret" boss song, since everything was leaked, but nobody seemed to like it for a boss song. Thus, here it is. Also, I couldn't think of a catchy proceeding to Kernel this time, so ??? will suffice.

Special thanks to Red Rebel for initial synthwork and melody.

I encourage you to give me comments/feedback/criticism, because this is my latest step into mixing/mastering techniques (I hope I uploaded the right master MP3.)

the bass kinda outweighs the mix, I feel, but it is at about the right level itself, everything else just needs to come out more
with the bass being so much bigger than everything else it made me pay more attention to the melody the bass was playing than anything else...
also, I wasn't too keen on the random drum breaks in the breakdown part somewhere after 1:00
I think if you fixed that up it'd be perfect but right now I'd probably give it like 8/10

This is more melodic than the other futurescopes. Yeah the bass was pretty loud and kinda covered the melody a bit but it's not like it's that bad to a point of destruction. Really like that nice little pause during the 1:02 time.

Although this wasn't what I was expecting compared to the other futurescopes, they this one is pretty fucking sweet.

This is badass. Much easier to listen to than the other ones. I'l have to listen again to find the Future Scope melodies. Or is this like The Legend of Max to Max 300? o_O

I'll probably post a finished version of the original Magnus (swarm) at some point in time, if you guys are interested in hearing it. apart from that... Jihnsius, you could have told me that stuff got leaked/that you were releasing this.
