Default The Musical Works of Esseph

http://rapidshare.de/files/22589767/...Works.rar.html

I posted this on 3 other forums, hopefully Bemanistyle will give me a bunch of opinions. I've made many "junk works" as I call them, and I think these 3 stand out. My friend's have enspired me to create, remix, and base it on songs I like.
I hope you guys will enjoy them too.

It includes 3 songs :

01. Foreshadow ~Since the End~
02. Minigame!
03. Ichidan

Give it a chance, and leave some comments. Please and Thanks.

Hi Esseph ^_^

Just checking out your work here~

Listening to Foreshadow, it has a nice intro with the beat coming in.
It's sounding pretty good right now, it also sounds like you could
sing to this ^_*. The strings and guitar/keys sound good, but i
feel that the lack of a bass line or a bass guitar/keys makes it
very light on the ears. Everything else sounds great though!
Add some bass and you've got yourself a nice track there.

Minigame -- OKAY... NOW THIS IS KICKING ASS!!!
I'm totally lovin' it and can totally feel it! SWEET WORK MAN!
It puts a smile on my face lol!

Ichidan - Shamisen and Koto are some of my fav instruments ^_^
Love the usage of the YoooOooOooO's hahah. The percussion sounds
a little to quiet, with the Koto overwhelming to me personally. If you
maybe added some reverb and some reverb delay on the Taiko
it would have sounded pretty cool (or i'm imagining so in my head).
Again, i feel that this track is lacking bass. Maybe you can add some
low Shamisen/Koto notes to accompany the track ^_^

Good work here! Keep it up!

I like your composition also, but the sound all sounds a bit midi-ish to me. What program are you using?

thanks Meas, and to answer R.Rebel's question, i was using FL-studio 6.

I also mentioned on Outphase.com that I decided to postpone composing for now until I get some instruments and equipment.

So these songs, I concider practice.

Well if these are just practice, you're definitely on the right track!
Looking forward to your future work after you get settled down ^_^
