I've got a new piece out, and I'd love to hear your thoughts on it. It's definitely a work in progress, and it hasn't gone through the production phase, but I'd like to share it with you anyways.
not my style so i might not be the best to comment on it BUT.
the keys sounds hollow to me, like theres too much midrange or the treble is cut, just a bit. i would like it alot more if it was sped up 10 bpm or so (but thats just me). but overall its pretty smooth and sad
aCo: No worries, thanks for the feedback anyways. Yeah, the treble and low frequencies are cut. It's a stylistic thing, though there's still too much resonance on it. (Some of the higher notes are grating.) I'm really not going for clarity here. If it feels distant and isolating, then I've got the right sound.
