That's about 3 hours worth of making up presets and experimenting with the program... but I've only had classes for Reason for a few weeks. Anyone else using Reason here?

you realize this is the best thing ever right?

I use reason 4.0 for everything. Well I use another program to give my songs a little volume boost afterwards, but aside from that just PURE reason .

This means that now we can collab :P. If you ever wanted to that is.

Also, you take classes? Man I wish I had some of those, Ive had to learn it all on my own, its been abour 3-4 years since ive started using it, so I can probably answer some questions if you have any.

Why not move to something more professional.. since you are at a professional level, now?

I love Reason, but FLStudio feels like home.

And no, FLStudio does not mean you're a noobit. Beatdrop is one hell of a FLStudio user, and I'd like to think I'm not so bad either.

it doesn't matter what you use, only the end result is what matters.

yea, I'm not saying fl is not professional either. Anything could technically be considered professional if you can get a professional sound out of it.

seconded. usually sequencer you like or used to works best, that's all.

speaking on topic - I like the sound of this compressed bassline, it punches.

Alright, finally someone else other than me and SBX use Reason 4.0.

I've tried getting lessons, however the person that I was contacting wouldn't respond back to my phone calls. For now anyway I'm just working on the composition aspect of my music, instead of the actual program.

Hah, I'm not switching to Reason because it's more "professional". I'm switching to Reason because it offers more of the sound I like. The internal generators and effects sound a lot better and are more customizable. Not to mention its routing is much more flexible. I've taken a class on it and I'm convinced it's how I'd like to do my work. Though I am working on a final surprise project in FL for the site
