Lucid Visions
I think the intro is way too long and leaves me second guessing myself. I kept waiting for a break and every time I expect this bad ass beat to come in, nothing. Once the break did finally get there though, the track definitely started showing life. I personally would want more progression in my music, and although it does drag on and on, it did its job as a trance track. I can see this being played at clubs.

Man when the track started going in the beginning I was REALLY excited. The amount of energy that was balling up and getting ready to release was incredible. Then I was completely disappointed to be introduced to a weak bass sine line. The guitar samples towards the end and the glitch and cut effects give the song a bit more life but ultimately I was left unsatisfied. You should definitely work on giving it more edge and "oomph" per say. I don't mean to sound like a dick or anything, but you should definitely consider doing something like that one Daikenkai remix on this forum. Something bad ass essentially, and something more percussion based.
Otherwise, all my opinion dude. You have some solid foundations but a lot of untapped potential. |
