ORIGINAL POST::Yeah, I'm back with a new track for you guys to listen to.

I just finished a loose vocal beta of my new song "Sariana [Return to Paradise]". The second verse is a little bad, and I haven't done a lot of mixing. I know this. I'm not looking for criticism, in all honesty, since I write music to express myself. This is EXACTLY how it is supposed to sound. The instrumental is finished, sans the mixer work.

I'd just like to share my new piece of work with my fellow Bemani players.

Listen, and say if you liked it or not. Feel free to tell me what you didn't like about it, but I probably won't do much about it unless it's technical work, and I already know about the fact the mixing is horrible.

The notes are not changing. Nor the lyrics/lyrical melody. So yeah, just leave that out.

Anyhow, I hope you enjoy, I've put 3-4 months of work into this, but, I kinda trashed the older version a 2 or so months into it and reworked it.

I have made an introduction in the introductions thread, a long time ago. Look around a bit. I'm hardly new.

And I'll go ahead and use this as my artist thread, since the other song one kinda disappeared, and was rather faulty anyway. Forgive me for not knowing this, for I've seen more respected artists around here do the same thing with making new threads for songs, and no one complaining at them about it, so assumed the same for myself.

I will keep my stuff in this thread, however.

I just added a sample clip to the second verse of "Mental Comatose (feat. Basscreator)". It's supposed to be a duet, but we're currently working on a harmony that fits the song really well.

Just added a new track: Smile Back At Me.

I don't really know what to call it. It's sort of 8-bit-esque, with some guitar and such.

It's fun and happy though. Enjoy.

Disclaimer: I've stopped taking criticism seriously, since no one knows how to do it. "You suck" and "This is bad" is not good criticism. And for the record, music is a subjective art form. No one sucks, unless even the artist doesn't like it. If you don't like it, don't post, or feel free to state why you don't in a non-hateful manner. /Constructive/ criticism is welcomed, however, if it has to do with the composition of the song, and not with the technical mannerisms, I'm probably going to ignore it, as it's written /exactly/ how I envisioned it. If you enjoyed it, I definitely want to hear about it

P.S. It is just a demo, so there are a few errors. This song means a lot to me emotionally, and I choked near the end while singing. Any autotune errors will be fixed as well in the end, and the final version may not use a heavily electronic autotune setting, if at all.

Also, ignore my iTunes release. I've done a much better version of "Sariana ~Return to Paradise~" since then, and that entire EP didn't undergo final mastering. Unless you really like that version of it, I'd just overlook it. The "Return to Paradise" album will be free anyway.
