I appreciate the effort but I've settled on an HP I made. And I did try Lenovo a few more times but I couldn't get through, even when dougk_ff7 told me Lenovo was the best. But I saw HP had better offerings at a lower price.

I'm no Microsoft basher but I have had nothing but regular updates breaking my Vista system, being unable to open or save files normally and people being unhelpful when it comes to disabling checks I don't need.
