Can you convert a CSS to a Greasemonkey script?

Default Can you convert a CSS to a Greasemonkey script?

And if so, could someone do it for me? I don't know anything about how Greasemonkey works.

Here's the CSS:

This would be for a forum game I'm participating in at GameFAQs; we're using the above CSS in the GameFox extension so we can post red and blue text, but it doesn't work with topics archived off-site.
