Cannot delete 'microsoft frontpage' folder

When I try to delete this folder it says 'cannot delete 'bin', it is being used by another program or user.'

So I tried the solution. I started Windows in Safe Mode and deleted the file. It said it deleted it, but when I start windows in regular mode again, IT'S BACK.

I even downloaded Kiilbox (killbox.com) and deleted it with this in Safe mode. BUT IT KEEPS COMING BACK, LIKE A GHOST.

How do I delete this thing?

but exactly what does that folder do? The MS Office I'm using doesn't have ms frontpage installed along with it.

If you really want to delete it, download a free program called Unlocker and you can "unlock" it enabling you to kill the other processes and you will be able to do as you please.

Dont delete it, the Windows service WebClient relies on part of frontpage to work, as such, Part of frontpage is installed. Quit your bitching.

But there's nothing in the folders, so they can't be being used can they?

And what is WebClient anyway?

Well, I'll leave it alone as long as it doesn't bother me much (it's not like it bothered and annoyed me for the years I've used win xp).

Its a useless fucking service that lets you edit files stored on a remote webserver.

All the more reason to try and delete it, but I guess I'll just leave it alone.
