So I tried the solution. I started Windows in Safe Mode and deleted the file. It said it deleted it, but when I start windows in regular mode again, IT'S BACK.
I even downloaded Kiilbox (killbox.com) and deleted it with this in Safe mode. BUT IT KEEPS COMING BACK, LIKE A GHOST.
How do I delete this thing?

And what is WebClient anyway?

And what is WebClient anyway? | Its a useless fucking service that lets you edit files stored on a remote webserver.
