 Changing the Default Folder Icon.
I'm currently making a desktop theme (not skin) for my PC and it's pretty much finished, except I want to change the yellow folder icons in Windows Explorer. I know one way to do it, (Right-click > Properties etc...) But I want to change every single folder icon on my system in one go. I can make the icon easily, but I just can't apply them onto my system.
Google keeps coming up with programs that will do this for me but I don't want to have to download programs that could mess up my system when I could just change them using Windows.
