Hello

Can anyone reccomend a program or two for converting the sample rate for ogg vorbis files, from 44100 to 22050?

dBpoweramp Music Converter does just about everything when it comes to encoding and transcoding, from the Explorer right-click menu.

Audacity is free, lightweight, and very powerful. Also lets you switch the format if need be (.mp3, .wav).

It's my tool of choice.
