Default Deleting songs from Walkman playlist

I have a Sony Ericsson W850i, which includes a Walkman, which is great because I always used my old phone for music. However the Walkman software on the phone automatically imports any music files that are on my phone without my approval. If I shuffle my music, which I do a lot, then the 1GB of heavy metal I'm listening to is inturrupted by 'White and Nerdy', by Wierd Al, which I like, but I'll only put it on if I want to. So what I'm trying to do is remove these tracks from the Walkman, without removing them from the phone.

Anyone know how to do this? Because I'm clueless. I tried selecting 'delete' from the context menu for that song, but it deleted it from the phone memory itself...how gay.

I just drag and drop the MP3's from my hard drive to the phone's memory using Windows Explorer. My phone doesn't show up as a device on Sonic Stage for some reason.

hmm...
i also have this model too... but if your problem is in "Walkman>>More>>My music>>Tracks", then that's actually not a problem... it's normal for them to load all songs to that section
maybe you should make your own playlist by going into "Walkman>>More>>My music>>Playlists>>New Playlist", then choose the music you desire, and you can access your chosen musics by going into "Walkman>>More>>My music>>Playlists>>(the playlist you've made)"
