Windows Server 2008 is now being offered.
This link helps make Server '08 become more of a workstation. People keep bitching that it can't run like a workstation but what I linked to says otherwise. Also, it apparently runs significantly faster than Vista. Convert your Windows Server 2008 to a Workstation! Home
Also, there's a workaround where the serial you're given in DreamSpark is universal. If you download the trial for the 64-bit version and use the serial given to you, it WILL work fine.

Just as an update, I don't have much installed on right now (only my RSS reader, Digsby, Chrome, and The Orange Box).
