Ipod Video stuff.

I was thinking about getting an ipod video, but I wanted to know if there were a lot of movies I could download onto it. I know it only allows certain formats, but I was wondering if anyone knows any websites where I can download anime. Maybe some programs to convert .ogm/.avi into a playable format?

I've used the jodix free ipod video converter. Seems to work well for converting all kinds of movies to the compatible format.

There's a program called Videora that will transcode anything you give it to an iPod friendly format. It used to be really good but now it's bloated with a bunch of ads to keep it free; if you can find a download link for an older version, it would work out.

just get something like a creative zen vision: w, an archos PMP, or a Cown a2. a lot less strain on your eyes due to the fact their screens are simply larger and is easier to read subtitles. also no need for conversion because they support divx and other codecs.
