mp3 player repair

k...so I got an mp3 player off of ebay...4G...love it...its green. Well dumb me let my bf use it, and now the headphone jack is loose, and it won't play music uless I push it to the side...does anyone know where I could get it fixed?
(NO NOT GEEK SQUAD they only do work on ipods) I tried looking it up online and all I get is where to buy one...someone help!

I don't even know where to start. I was hoping you could post a photograph or a link to the company's website, but that looks almost exactly like a iPod nano. If it's something like a loose jack, all I could suggest is to send it back under warranty.

It's a knock off Ipod. Notice the different click wheel and screen shape.

Well, I wouldn't know about that. I've never seen one up close, but if it's a knock off, you would be lucky just to get a reply email.

If that isn't an iPod, then how on earth did this company get away with copying that design, let alone taking the name as well?
