Hm, maybe we should start this thread from the original topic? This just turned into a flamewar over Office 07 and Office 03, so I think everyone should just calm down and start talking about OpenOffice again :3

I don't use it very much, it's kinda blky and resource hoggy on my computer. Then again, my computer sucks :/

I'll only use it if I'm really in a pinch and can't find my office discs. And even then I might resort to notepad or something.

What kind of computers are you using? OO has never been especially slow on my systems. Of course, I don't use it a whole lot.

I'm running andLinux as of a couple of days ago, and i"m being introduced to various linux software. I'm extremely impressed with the depth of KOffice.

It's that later versions have been getting slower.
