Default Overclocking USB Ports in Vista 64 bit

I've been trying to overclock my usbports since I got my new laptop to play GDAmania. All I need is to get it to 250mhz refresh rate. Does anyone know how to, or has done this themselves?

Not possible manually. 64 Bit Windows enforces driver signing, seeing as doing this would require an unsigned driver, it wont work.

If your adapter forces 250mhz though, it would work.
