Default Port Fowarding

I've recently come into troubles with Azureus coming up as DHT Firewalled and the like. A friend of mine told me to set up port fowarding and directed me to a webiste that basically made my brain ooze out my nose. I'm not technologically innept just this port stuff has always crammed a square peg in a round hole so to speak. Are there any newbie friendly with a simple UI program to do it for me?

Can you explain your setup? Modems, routers, etc?

PortForward.com - Free Help Setting up Your Router or Firewall

Unless you're using some weird ass chinese router that requires programming through a serial port with an abacus, you should be able to figure out how to get your ports forwarded there.

I love those routers. You typically have to reboot them after every change too!

Kimi: I'm using a comcast Gateway-G Model: WCG200-CC for my laptop and I'm running off the wireless.

That portforwarding site ill check out again I'm not the most apt person when it comes to ports so it might be kinda difficult. So there aren't any actual applications that I can just let it scan my network and set everything up for me?

Port Forwarding for the Comcast WCG200-CC

That's the page you should use at portforward.com

Just fill in a few text boxes, and follow the instructions. Not incredibly hard.
