ps 3 80028F10 Problem

Hi, this message comes up

YOU CANNOT PLAY THIS GAME AT THE CURRENT VIDEO SETTING [ERROR 80028F10]

when i try and play a downloaded version of medievil on my ps3 [dwnlded from sony store NZ].

TV is Full HD Panasonic. Tried on all resolution settings. Wipeout HD Full version works fine and it was downloaded from the same site. PS3 was purchased in Korea, but obviously everything else works fine game wise.......heard it is something to do with PAL versus NTSC for a ps1 game.

Any ways of correcting this problem? I have tried using HDMI and component cable at all resolutions but no luck.

Edit: this error may be produced when connected over an HDMI Connection that *DOES NOT* support HDCP. how old is your TV if this is the setup you use?
