Razer Copperhead (and customer service) problem So I've had this Razer Copperhead mouse for a while now and it's worked great, but recently it started not registering clicks sometimes and registering multiple clicks other times, which makes gaming and all-around computer usage significantly more difficult. So I called tech support and they gave me an RMA number, but they want me to ship the mouse to them and wait two weeks for them to ship me a replacement one, during which time I would have no mouse at all because my Copperhead has worked so well that I can't use other mice anymore, and I trashed all my old ones. So pretty much, I wrote back a very long, detailed letter about my status as a long-time customer of theirs and my inability to use my computer which I need for work, and requested that they offer me an alternative method which would allow me to have a mouse to use during the process. Unluckily for me, my support ticket seems to be handled by the same guy every time, and he's foreign, and his emails use worse grammar than Borat, so he probably doesn't understand English too well, and he just emailed me back and told me to mail them my mouse.
Advice?
