Specifying Window Sizes

Hello there,

I am just enquiring as to whether there is any way in which I can specify the dimensions of a window when I open it.

Allow me to put this question into context:

I run StepMania in windowed (but maximised, so I can view my taskbar) view from my memory stick, and it runs perfectly on my laptop, which has a 15" (1024x765 resolution) monitor. However, when I plug my memory stick into my desktop computer, which has a 19" widescreen (1440x900 resolution) monitor, the game is stretched horizontally. As far as I know, StepMania doesn't have a widescreen resolution setting, so I want to make it so that the window will always open up as a 1024x768 pixel sized window.

I hope I have explained my situation enough. Help will be greatly appreciated.

In Stepmania.ini:
DisplayHeight=480
DisplayWidth=640

Thanks, but where is StepMania.ini? I found a StepMania configuration file, which contained the text above, but I changed it and nothing happened...and yes, I saved the file afterwards.

Open it whlie stepmania is closed, change it, save and close, then retry
