Video Card help

I'm not really understanding this, my computer says I have integrated graphics with GeForce 6150 LE. Compaq Presario Media Center SR2034NX Desktop PC - Product Specifications
I just bought a new PCI express x16 video card, are they 2 separate things? Do i just plug it in?
I'm a noob when it comes to video cards.

The specs say that there's a PCI-E slot, so yea. Just plug it in.

I'm not really clear when you say "integrated graphics with GeForce 6150 LE" but if there is another card in there already, take that out first.

EDIT: Nevermind I think I understand now. All I have to do is enable PCI-E through the BIOS
