What exactly are you looking for? free? Jesus christ thats not expensive for an OS like Windows Vista.

What people dont understand is that dell pays 35 dollars per copy of Windows Vista because it buys 28939832894723984312 of them at once.

Be careful with OEM though. Sometimes people sell OEMS but they are just burned or cracked copies. Newegg is 100% legit though. I dont know about vista but illegitimate OEMs were particularly popular with adobe photoshop, premier and various other software. Generally speaking, you're only allowed to buy OEM OS in addition to other computer hardware but nowadays you probably can get away with buying OEM OS just by itself.
